While it has certainly felt like the longest year ever, we are storming through the final lap and doing so in the tastiest way possible.

~Steak Quesadillas…Shaved Sirloin Steak, sautéed Onion, Pico de Gallo, Monterey Jack Cheese, and Horseradish Sour Cream
