The Gauley…our house made pizza dough is layered with tender roasted Chicken, Bacon, Roma Tomato, Goat Cheese & Mozzarella, Olive Oil, and a blend of Sunflower and Leek Microgreens from Hydro Pure Living Microgreens. Named after the “Beast of the East”, the Gauley River who’s season wraps up soon.
