This week at The Dish Cafe…
Fall arrived over the weekend, bringing us the rustling of leaves, darker skies, and cooler temps. I believe that makes our tasty specials even more delicious!
#TacoTuesday will have our Blackened Cajun Tacos with Chicken or Steak, and we will have a Southwestern Salad featuring Shrimp or Salmon.
These tacos will come with cajun rubbed chicken, or skirt steak, roasted red jalapeno, lettuce, tomato, Monterey jack cheese, and finished with our amazing Remoulade sauce.
The salad will come loaded with corn and black bean salsa, mixed cheese, guacamole, seasoned tortilla strips, then finished with our perfectly seasoned Shrimp or Salmon!
Our #PieOfTheWeek for this Wednesday will be The Reuben! We are taking a cue from our famous lunch special for this, using corn beef, sauerkraut, a blend of mozzarella and swiss, and our housemade 1000 Island dressing. This may not have a lot of ingredients, but it will have all of the flavor you desire in a Reuben!
