Tonight we have our PORK BBQ TACOS made from a bone in pork shoulder we marinated and slow roasted over night.   We’ll prepare that with a chipotle bbq sauce, our cherry pepper slaw, smoked cheddar cheese, and pico!  We also have CHICKEN ENCHILADAS layered with mashed black beans and shredded cheese in the tortilla before rolling in the chicken. It’s going to be sooooo good!
