Since first opening our doors a little over five and a half years ago, we have had the privilege of serving Grass-Fed Beef from our friends at Swift Level Farms.
It has such an amazing natural flavor, we use no seasoning on the burger during both the prep and cooking process. It is the perfect culinary canvas for flavors such as our Hey Jack. Whether it is on one of our house baked buns, or on a bed of lettuce, the combination of Pimento Cheese, Cherry Pepper Slaw, farm fresh Eggs, and Pepper Jack cheese has brought satisfied smiles to countless guests throughout the years.
