Join us at The Dish Cafe on Thursday, November 5, for Red Wine & Bites, an evening of wine and chef-crafted pairings.
You’ll sip four red wines paired with 20 chef-curated bites in a relaxed, go-at-your-own-pace tasting. Pairings include a Boursin-stuffed mushroom, mini meatball with whipped ricotta, Parmesan-stuffed potato with skirt steak, caramelized shallot tartlet, prosciutto with pear, dark chocolate, candied bacon, mini pecan pie and more.
