Microgreens are on their way to becoming one of the hottest food trends in the continental United States, and for good reason. These tiny, nutrition packed young edible greens provide a rich flavor profile that can enhance the flavor of any already delicious meal. Varieties such as Sunflower are 25% protein, and provide vitamin A,D, E, and B complex. They are also packed with potassium, and lecithin.
The Dish Cafe will be working with Hydro Pure Living MIcrogreens to provide a consistent, and fresh product in the future. We currently have a Quiche with Sunflower, Pea, and Leek Microgreens with Monterey Jack, on our Quinoa crust.
We also have a mild salad mix with Broccoli, Kale, Kohlrabi, Arugula, and Red Acre Cabbage. You can add these to any Salad, Sandwich, or Entree. Just ask your server what we may have available.
